The relevant monitoring results are now disclosed as follows:

1. Project name: Hangzhou Zhijiang New Materials Co., Ltd. Self monitoring of soil and groundwater.
2. Project address: Located at 1717 New Century Avenue, Linjiang High tech Park, Dajiangdong Industrial Cluster Zone, Hangzhou. The central coordinates of the factory area are 120 ° 35 ′ 59.74 ″ E and 30 ° 15 ′ 54.01 ″ N.
3. Basic information: Hangzhou Zhijiang New Materials Co., Ltd. mainly produces silicone sealant, polysulfide sealant, and polyurethane sealant, with an annual production capacity of over 99000 t/a.
2、 Monitoring plan
According to the technical guidelines such as the "Technical Guidelines for Self monitoring of Soil and Groundwater in Industrial Enterprises (Trial)" (HJ1209-2021), "Technical Guidelines for Investigation of Soil Pollution Status in Construction Land" (HJ25.1-2019), "Technical Guidelines for Soil Pollution Risk Control and Remediation Monitoring in Construction Land" (HJ25.2-2019), and "Technical Regulations for Layout of Suspected Polluted Sites in Key Industry Enterprise Land Survey (Trial)". This self monitoring has set up 8 soil investigation monitoring points and 6 groundwater investigation monitoring points. Based on the investigation of pollutants in the plot and the conclusion of characteristic pollution identification, the soil monitoring factors in the local plot are determined as 45 items in Table 1 of the "Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard (Trial) (Release Draft)" (GB36600-2018), as well as the characteristic pollutants pH, tin, bismuth, petroleum hydrocarbons, 2-ethylhexyl phthalate (2-ethylhexyl) ester, butyl benzyl phthalate Di-n-octyl phthalate; The groundwater monitoring factors include 35 items in GB/T 14848 (excluding microbial and radioactive indicators), 45 items in soil, characteristic pollutants (pH, tin, bismuth, petroleum hydrocarbons, phthalate (2-ethylhexyl) ester, butyl benzyl phthalate, di-n-octyl phthalate), and corresponding industry characteristic items in Appendix F of HJ 164 (manufacturing 2646 sealing fillers and similar products, corresponding to synthetic material manufacturing).
3、 Monitoring results
According to the monitoring data of soil and groundwater status, the production activities within the factory area of Hangzhou Zhijiang New Materials Co., Ltd. have a relatively small impact on the soil and groundwater environment. The detected concentration of tin in the soil monitoring factor in the factory area is lower than the commercial and industrial site screening values in Appendix A of the "Technical Guidelines for Risk Assessment of Polluted Land Sites" (DB33/T892-2013) in Zhejiang Province; There is no significant difference in the detected concentration of bismuth in the factory compared to the control point; The detected concentration of other pollutants is lower than the screening value of Class II land in the "Soil Environmental Quality Construction Land Soil Pollution Risk Control Standard" (GB36600-2018). In addition to detection indicators such as pH value, odor and odor, turbidity, visible matter to the naked eye, and ammonia nitrogen in groundwater, Other indicators meet the Class IV standard limits in the "Groundwater Quality Standards" (GB/T14848-2017) and the Class II land use screening values in Annex 5 (Supplementary Indicators for Shanghai Construction Land Groundwater Pollution Risk Control Screening Values) of the "Supplementary Provisions on Shanghai Construction Land Soil Pollution Investigation, Risk Assessment, Risk Control and Remediation Plan Preparation, Risk Control and Remediation Effect Evaluation (Trial)" The United States Environmental Protection Agency's Regional Environmental Quality Screening Values (RSLs) for tap water screening values.
